Many Muslim families outside the Arab world want their children to read the Quran properly, and many adults want to finally learn it themselves. The hard part is finding a teacher who recites well, explains clearly in English and is free at a time that suits a busy family.
We started Quranic Mind Academy in 2024 to bring those things together. Every student has their own teacher, live on camera. Lesson times are agreed with you. After every lesson the teacher writes down what was covered and what to practise, so parents never have to guess how it is going.

Our teachers and support team are in Egypt. Every lesson is online, so there is no office or centre to visit.

Lessons run on Zoom. A laptop, tablet or phone with a camera and a steady internet connection is all you need.

We teach families in the UK, the Netherlands, Sweden and elsewhere in Europe, the US, Canada, Australia and other countries. The company behind the academy is Quranic Mind LLC, whose registered office is in the United States. That address is for legal paperwork only, and no lessons happen there.
Our teachers are native Arabic speakers who teach live from Egypt. They are fluent in English, so explanations, corrections and homework come in English. Yes. Ask for a female teacher when you book the free trial and we will match you with one. Our female teachers always teach in hijab.
The lesson happens in your own home, on live video, and you are welcome to sit in on any of it. Teachers do not message students privately outside lesson time. Homework, summaries and reports come through the lesson and the parent dashboard, and anything else goes through our support team on WhatsApp, so a parent is always in the loop.
One flat rate of £7 per hour ($10 or €9), whatever the course. You choose the lesson length and how many days a week, and you pay every four weeks. There is no sign-up fee. All plans are on our pricing page.
