Aqeedah (belief), Fiqh (the rulings of worship, such as prayer, fasting, zakah and hajj), Seerah (the life of the Prophet ﷺ), Hadith, Akhlaq (character) and the basics of Tafseer. Children also learn the stories of the prophets and du'as for daily life, and some add short surahs to memorise. Your teacher builds the plan around your level and what you want to learn.

Yes. Adults study at their own pace with nobody else in the lesson, so any question can be asked. Some want the structured Islamic education they never had as children; others come for Seerah or Hadith. See online Quran classes for adults. Women and girls can ask for a female teacher.

Yes. The teacher starts from the basics, belief, wudu and the prayer, explains every Arabic term in English and goes at your pace. No question is too basic to ask.

No. Lessons are taught in English, and Arabic terms are explained as they come up. Some students add other courses later, such as the Arabic language course, to read the sources in their own language.

Each lesson covers one topic, explained from the Quran and the Sunnah, with time for questions and discussion. Then comes homework, such as a du'a to learn or a surah to revise, which is written in your class report so you know exactly what to practise.

Yes. Some students split their lessons between Quran and Islamic studies, as in the monthly report on this page. Others take the Quran reading and recitation course or the Quran memorization course alongside.

Yes. Two or three shorter lessons a week are enough to make steady progress, and your teacher adapts the plan to the time you have.

Native Arabic speakers who teach live from Egypt. They are fluent in English, so every explanation and correction comes in English. We choose them for patience and for making each topic clear and relevant to daily life. Read about each of them on our teachers page.

Lessons are 30, 45 or 60 minutes, two to five days a week, at times you agree with your teacher in your own time zone, around school, work and family. A 30-minute lesson is enough for one topic and its questions; longer lessons leave room for reading and discussion. The trial is a real 30-minute lesson, not a sales call. Leave your name and phone number in the form below and we will message you on WhatsApp to pick a time. The teacher finds out what you already know, teaches a short topic and suggests a plan. No card is needed. If it suits you, you choose a plan; if not, nothing is owed.

Every paid month is covered. If you feel the lessons are not helping, tell us before the period your last paid invoice covers ends and we will refund that invoice in full, even if every lesson in it was attended. A refund under this guarantee ends the enrolment. The full terms are in our Refund Policy.

One flat rate for every course: £7 per hour, or $10 or €9. You choose the lesson length and the number of days a week, and the monthly price follows from that. There is no sign-up fee. The full table is on our pricing plans page.
