Welcome to Quranic Mind Academy. These Terms of Service govern your use of our online Quran tutoring services. By enrolling in our courses or using our website at quranicma.com, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

About Our Services

Quranic Mind Academy provides one-on-one online Quran, Islamic Studies, and Arabic language tutoring sessions. Our services are delivered via live video sessions with qualified teachers. We serve students of all ages and levels, from beginners to advanced learners.

Free Trial Sessions

We offer two complimentary trial sessions, each lasting 30 minutes, with two different teachers. This allows the student to experience our teaching approach and select the teacher that best suits their learning style. No payment is required for trial sessions.

Eligibility and Age Requirements

Students must be at least 5 years of age to enrol in our courses. For students under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent before enrolment and agree to these Terms of Service on the student’s behalf. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their child’s participation as they see fit.

Session Scheduling and Attendance

Sessions are scheduled at mutually agreed times between the student and their assigned teacher. Students are expected to attend sessions on time and be prepared for their lesson.

Missed Lesson Policy

If a student needs to cancel or reschedule a session, they must notify us via WhatsApp at least one hour before the scheduled session time. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in the session being counted as attended (absent without notice), and no compensation or rescheduling will be offered for that session.

Session Recording

Certain sessions may be recorded for quality evaluation and marketing purposes. For students under 18, recordings will only be made with prior written consent from a parent or legal guardian. You may withdraw your consent for future recordings at any time by contacting us.

Payment Terms

Session pricing is provided during the enrolment process. Payments are to be made in advance as per the agreed billing cycle. We reserve the right to update our pricing, and any changes will be communicated to existing students before taking effect.

Cancellation

Students may cancel their enrolment at any time without penalty. There are no long-term contracts or lock-in periods. To cancel, simply contact us via WhatsApp or email, and we will process your cancellation promptly. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on refunds upon cancellation.

Intellectual Property

All course materials, curricula, lesson plans, and content provided during sessions are the intellectual property of Quranic Mind Academy. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without our prior written permission.

Code of Conduct

We expect all students, parents, and guardians to treat our teachers and staff with respect and courtesy. Quranic Mind Academy reserves the right to terminate services to any student whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or disrespectful during sessions.

Limitation of Liability

Quranic Mind Academy provides educational tutoring services to the best of our ability. However, we do not guarantee specific academic outcomes or results. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the services in question. We are not liable for any technical issues, including internet connectivity problems, that may affect session delivery.

Privacy

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
