Our Commitment

At Quranic Mind Academy, we are committed to delivering high-quality online Quran, Islamic Studies, and Arabic language tutoring. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to ensure every student has a positive and beneficial learning experience.

Free Trial Sessions

We offer two complimentary trial sessions, each lasting 30 minutes, with two different teachers. These trial sessions are entirely free of charge, with no obligation to continue. This gives you the opportunity to evaluate our teaching quality and find the right teacher before making any financial commitment.

Cancellation and Refund

Students may cancel their enrolment at any time. There are no long-term contracts, commitments, or lock-in periods.

If you feel that you have not benefited from our course, you are entitled to a full refund of your last paid invoice. We believe in the quality of our teaching and want every student to feel confident in their investment.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or cancel your enrolment, please contact us through any of the following channels:

Please include your full name, the student’s name (if different), and the reason for your refund request. We will process your request promptly and aim to issue refunds within 7 business days.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction. If this is not possible, we will work with you to arrange an alternative refund method.

Missed Lessons

Missed lessons do not qualify for refunds. Students must notify us via WhatsApp at least one hour before a scheduled session to cancel or reschedule. Sessions missed without adequate notice will be counted as attended. For full details, please see our Terms of Service.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. The policy in effect at the time of your enrolment applies to your refund eligibility.
